Dropped in to see if Geek squad could replace my I phone battery…I admit I did not have an appointment. The tech started to tell me I needed an appointment…I said ok when could I get one. He told me 2-3 hours. I told him my I phone battery probably needed replacement and asked if they had batteries in stock. He SAYS: They have batteries..but they cannot sell me anything in stock and would have to order a battery. I reply….if you cannot sell me a battery you essentially don’t have any in stock. He turns right around and replies they have them in stock….at that point I have to call him an idiot and walk out. What poor customer service
