No luck with chat, it timed out. No luck with video live, no service people available. And the troubleshooting app wouldn't even respond. Drove to E' town, walked in Verizon at Dixie Hwy and Ring Road, Mags had it fixed in 27 seconds because he knew what he was doing and was AVAILABLE! Automation sucks and humans rule. Mags should wear a crown for the day.

Consider our time with you guys over when I get back to the states, and again thank you for nothing but screwing us over!!! (Has nothing to do with location just Verizon in general being terrible)

Tall bald manager very slow, same customer for almost 2 hours so not to have to take anyone else. Curly light brown haired girl extremely rude, unprofessional. Go here if you want to feel like you're slowly dying inside. 1/10. Whole store needs to be fired.
