  I recently purchased a desktop PC from this location, valued at approximately $1,800, after conducting extensive research. One of the key factors in my decision was a promotion advertised on the company’s website, which included several bundled items with a combined value exceeding $100. However, at the time of purchase in-store, these promotional items were not provided. When I followed up with store staff, both the sales associates and the sales manager were courteous and genuinely helpful. They explained that the promotion was considered “online only.” That said, both the staff and I reviewed the website together and were unable to find any indication that the offer was limited to online purchases. I was then directed to contact customer support. Unfortunately, that experience did not lead to a resolution, as I was informed that they are unable to assist with in-store purchases. The only solution presented to me was to return the product, repurchase it online, and wait 5–7 business days for a refund of the original purchase. This process feels unnecessarily inconvenient, especially given that the issue stems from misleading promotional information rather than any error on my part. While I want to emphasize that the in-store team was professional and helpful throughout the interaction, the overall experience has been disappointing and I will not be shopping with Best Buy in the future.
