I highly recommend setting up an appointment as they got packed a little later. I had to switch carriers on two new phones plus purchase a tablet and have them transfer over one tablet I already owned. It took a while to set up and transfer for four devices. I was able to leave and go shopping and return to complete my purchase. Extremely accommodating
