Sarah is amazing! After several hours of transferring phones multiple door openings she was able to get my family taken care of. She truly is knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. Sarah deserves a raise that’s for sure. Thank you so much Sarah

Let me start off by saying this review is not a reflection on Verizon as a company rather this specific authorized retailer. We traded in three phones and received three new phones as part of a promo. The charges for the new phones are supposed to drop off every month when you get a credit for your trade in. We realized that this was done incorrectly and charging us for the 3 phones stating they couldn’t find our trade ins. We traded our phones in at the store so it’s not like they got lost in the mail. After many many phone calls and 2+ years times and being reassured the issue is corrected one of the phones is still charging us every month and not counting our trade in. Yet another phone call today and they say “it may be too far out now for us to correct it”. Essentially what that means is they will steal from you and you just have to deal with it. Corporate Verizon has now recommend we take their own authorized retailer to court because all though they see the issue the retailer needs to be the one to correct this issue. I’m sorry for the rant. I’m writing this as a warning to others.
