  I signed a contract for unlimited data and i always pay my bill ,and still can't get any cell phone service, the service is very poor.

  I called customer service to resolve a failed activation and I was told to go to a store. The employees at this store don’t know that prepaid account activation failures can be resolved by the store manager whom has access to the code they send to a new number. They will turn you away without attempting to help, consulting a higher-up or anything else. They need to be retrained or fired and honestly I hope cricket goes out of business because no major postpay carrier should have stores and a branded prepaid service that receives no help from stores WITH THE EXACT SAME BRANDING. use USMobile (‘dark star’ for their ATT virtual network) or Mint or Visible. None of these prepaid services have physical stores so you can’t be given this stupid runaround. Verizon stores&verizon prepaid was the exact same story which is wild it’s like these employees suck across the board

  Do not and I repeat do not come here if your having issues with your prepaid service being activated. They will not help you they will turn you away at the door despite telling you come all the way down and they will troubleshoot with you. They will not look for solutions they do not care they only care about the commission. Customer service is not great nor do they care try help you with your problem. They are only there to sell you the post pay/ contract service. Remember that and you will have a great day with Cricket.

  I went to buy a cell phone as a present. I live in another part of the state. Greeted by Cecil and I told him what I wanted. Very pushy and very rude. No, I don't want to switch my carrier. No, I don't need 4 lines. No, I dont need the most expensive cell in your store. Cecil was so rude my boyfriend stepped in. Shouting, Cecil told us we could take our business elsewhere. Cecil said we had attitude. The attitude was from Cecil. Muhlenberg County beware of Cecil. He was rude and caused a scene in the store for no reason. Cricket may be a good company but the customer service was awful. The other workers did not bother to step in to try to help calm the situation. I didn't get to buy my present because I didn't want to be pushed into something I didn't want.
