Highest marks for knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. I had two issues that needed to be, and were, resolved. The resolution process was rather lengthy, which allowed me to watch CJ interact with other customers. I’m happy to say that each customer received the same professionalism and courtesy. And last but not least, CJ accomplished this while being the only employee present that day.
