I have called in several times to check "on the status of my repair". 1 time I was on hold for 35 minutes only to have some one pick up the phone and hang it up, and called back twice back to back and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I have called 2 other times and one tech said that the motherboard was out on my laptop, then another said it just had a virus..... In other words, they just don't have their act together. So if you buy a computer from best buy, don't bother getting the geek squad warrenty, becuase it's pretty much worthless, if you go to the best buy/ geek sqaud in Bowling Green, Ky.
