Andres, one of the geek squad agents, was so incredibly knowledgeable, clear, and courteous. He was efficient while still making sure not a stone was unturned. Loved how he handled every aspect.
Matt was great in helping me understand the different laptops available as well. Great help!
Peter/Tony (one of the geek squad agents, I can’t recall his name for sure) was also so insanely smart, courteous, and efficient. Super impressive!!!
On a follow up visit, Luther was efficient while juggling many customers while being the only agent on duty at the time. He worked hard and made sure I was completely satisfied with my computer situation even though the pressure was high for him.
They all thoroughly explained my options, worked hard to ensure I was well informed.
I will look forward to returning because of these guys!!
I hope they get a big thanks and pat on the back! I want credit given where credit is due!

I purchased a MacBook and it was open box And Its under manufactured warranty but bc they didn't check the serial number on the Mac to match it with the box I'm out 300.00$

I would like to offer a huge thankful to the BEST BUY for helping me with my new washer and dryer as they done a great job. Yet, I will advise you that by sending your workers over to your customers, make sure let them stay for a while after installation so they should confirm there’s no problem after all. I still going to thank you for your services.
They had all the cables I needed. Staff was helpful.

Don’t get tricked like me. On December 23rd a bestbuy employee talked me into getting a bestbuy credit card for the 20% off the first purchase. I was expecting it to be 20% off there at the counter but no, he states the 20% will be applied to the first billing statement. Ok, about a week later or so I get the first bill and to my suprise it isn’t applied to my bill. I call bestbuy on January 5th about applying it to my bill and the man tells me to call back January 8th to apply it to my bill. I call back January 8th and the next man tells me it is applied to my bill and it is took care of, ok cool. Get up for work 2 days ago with a negative hit to my credit and my bill is now up to 132 from 99. I call and now everyone is telling me those first 3 guys are wrong and it doesn’t work like that unless I called within 15 days of purchase then they could apply it to my bill like was stated to me in the store. But I did call within 15 days and they have record of it, but after being on the phone for over 2 hours all they said is it’s a big oopsies and nothing they can do. Very unprofessional and highly upsetting when I did my part and I feel like they just took advantage of me. Just be careful and don’t get your hopes up or expect what they told you will happen to happen. Sorry for the long post, I shortened it as much as I could
