What I found was something better than ADT's techs, Best Buy's Geek Squad, AT&T's customer service team, and WK&T's best so called "tech experts." That was Morgan. Morgan was the most professional, polite, and clear person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She did what none of the previously mentioned people could do in days in less than a few hours. When I walked in, Morgan greeted me with a smile that could light up the room and gave the information I requested without trying to sell me the moon. She made me feel seen, not only as a customer, but as a person worth her time. She helped me not only resecure my home, but secure my wallet and save me thousands. Morgan made the most complex technical issues look like child's play. She is the best when it comes to explaining tech in a way that doesn't make me feel like a child, but as a learning adult. Morgan was most patient in helping me set up everything and answered with my endless questions without complaint (Happily in fact!). She gave me a peace of mind that I have never received while working with any company or corporation. I will never go to anyone or anywhere else so long as Morgan works for Verizon. 10 out of 10, no 100 out of 10, I will be recommending Morgan and Verizon until the day I die. I strongly recommend that her position and pay be elevated to that of someone worth her standing. A simple sales rep title is not nearly enough to encompass what this woman can do. My neighbors have been converted through Morgan's out of this world expertise, service, and mentality. She is the one everyone should go to if they want fast, compassionate, and the best service anyone could ask for. Morgan is out of this universe and deserves more than this simple review; she deserves to be placed in management because this is how she treats every customer!
