I used a promotion and got an iPad and an Apple Watch for free as well all you have to do is add the lines for them. They gave me good money for my trade in, same amount as my new phone. - AAAlexander AutomotiveSep 2, 20251.0I have been with Verizon business line and have 6 line with them with over 15 years had no issue with visiting the store for any help. this morning, I mentioned that I dropped my phone on the road and run over with the truck and obliterated. I had no access to my phone for authentication. I only have my ID and business credential to prove who I am that I owned the business. But somehow, the front customer service was very rude that it was a fake ID and my name was not registered in the their computer. I told him I am the Owner of the business and they put 6 lines for different name such as shop phone, main office and so on. Earlier, I was at the new Verizon store in Park City had no issue but they don't have access for business account. I was in the in Park city where my phone was run by a truck. so they asked me to visit the main office in West street and Kellogg where I usually visited for many years wit no issue. I can not use my phone for Authentication since my phone is is damaged. Long short story, they denied my service and I just walked away with wasting more than 5 hours in 2 different stores. They have so many new employee turn over there. Best to contact customer service online and explained it everything what did happen that I wasn't happy with the store service and finally I got my new phone within the next day with no charge. My suggestion, they should pass it on to the next manager not just handle it on the spot if there is issue to verify my credential.
