As a local business owner, I expected Verizon Wireless to understand the importance of communication, follow-through, and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
Our assigned business manager, David Richardson, has been terrible at communication. Phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are not returned, and follow-ups that were promised simply never happen. As a business customer, time matters—missed calls and lack of responses directly impact operations, planning, and trust.
What makes this especially frustrating is that Verizon markets itself as a company that supports local and small businesses. That has not been my experience at all. There has been no proactive support, no accountability, and no sense of urgency when issues or questions arise. Instead, I’ve been left chasing answers and wasting valuable time trying to get basic communication.
If Verizon truly wants to serve local businesses, they need business managers who are responsive, reliable, and respectful of their customers’ time. Sadly, this experience has shown a serious breakdown in those expectations.
At this point, I cannot recommend Verizon Wireless for business services based on the lack of communication and support we’ve received.

Yet again the “true” Verizon store absolutely knocked it out of the park with service! I went in a week ago looking to add a new phone and upgrade our phones Kris did an awesome job with assisting us and saying hay, wait u til Friday we have our VIP Black Friday sale going on, he set us up an appointment, and went in today and he helped us upgrade 3 of our phones adding a new line for our youngest, spent 2 hours working with us and being patient and we worked through issues! Tremendous job, tremendous customer service! I want to throw a double should out to both Nate’s in the store they were right there to assist to make sure we were all aligned and just the complexity of our deal working with us and just how kind they were was tremendous! This is a great example of why we stay with Verizon!

Went to the store with my wife to check one thing on her account and check pricing for me as I’m not even a customer yet. Checked in when we got there and an hour and 10 minutes later we still hadn’t been greeted or helped. When we finally did get helped we weren't even greeted, instead just waved over to a table. No acknowledgment or apology for the wait time. Two hours after arriving after waiting for a hour and 10 minutes, they were not able to resolve our issue we came in for. Super warm in the building with uncomfortable waiting chairs with no backs.
