Checked in when we got there and an hour and 10 minutes later we still hadn’t been greeted or helped. When we finally did get helped we weren't even greeted, instead just waved over to a table. No acknowledgment or apology for the wait time. Two hours after arriving after waiting for a hour and 10 minutes, they were not able to resolve our issue we came in for. Super warm in the building with uncomfortable waiting chairs with no backs.
