This location is BARE BONES, feels like an Office Depot, no phone available to touch or look at and only ONE employee working on a Saturday morning with a 3+ person line waiting out the door for the location to open 10:12am. Single employee working the entire store was rude as well. Save the time and the headaches and just go to the 21st & Rock location.

Unfortunately, the representative who helped us, Lesley, was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging that the mistake was on Verizon’s end, she told us “you should have called sooner” and placed the blame on us. To make matters worse, she let us leave the store without properly charging us for the correct items, which only caused more confusion with our account. Thankfully, when I called Verizon again, another representative over the phone was polite and quickly fixed the issue. The phone support was great, but the in-store experience was extremely disappointing. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when the problem isn’t their fault.
