    Steven at Verizon provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. When an unexpected charge appeared on our bill, he immediately contacted Verizon Customer Service on our behalf and worked to resolve the issue without hesitation. During my upgrade, I made a last-minute decision to switch phone cases because I wanted a different one. Steven accidentally left the original case on the bill, and I didn’t notice until about an hour after I had already paid and left the store. Once I reviewed my receipt and saw the error, I returned to the store later that same day. Steven corrected the mistake immediately and apologized profusely. I reassured him that these things happen and that I still had an amazing experience overall. Steven is also incredibly friendly and personable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping customers rather than rushing through the transaction. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Steven if you want exceptional customer service. 5/5 stars.

    Horrible experience. I walked in at 7:35 and John yelled across the room from the employee door saying they close at 8 and it would be a while. I said okay and he just stood there staring. I said okay again so he asked the person in front of us what she was there for but never once asked me. He ignored us the entire time. Then walked over to the other woman who was in front of me and thanked her for her patience but never once approached me. I’ll be back in tomorrow and hopefully he is there so I can speak to management about the horrible service.

    I placed an order for a new phone through Verizon’s app on 1/29/2026. I picked this “authorized” dealer for pickup because it was in stock, would be “ready in an hour”, and it was close to my house. Fast forward to the next morning and I had still not received the email saying it was ready for pickup. So I proceeded to contact customer support to explain the situation. The representative then informed me that the order was ready. Upon arrival to the store I was told that the order was still in “pending” status and they couldn’t do anything. The employee just kept telling me to call the customer service number (pretty sure that’s what the in store employees are supposed to be). Multiple employees said that it would be best to cancel the order and have the phone shipped to my home address (that makes absolutely zero sense considering the phone is in stock at the store I’m currently standing in.). I contacted customer service while I was still in the store. The representative tried a few times to push the order through manually but was unable. The representative cancelled the order and then informed the in store representative that I was dealing with that they would need to complete the order so I could pick up the device while still in the store. It was met with resistance from the in store representative. He tried everything to persuade the customer service agent that it was best to place the order again and have it shipped. He even went as far as to say if the order was completed in store that there would be an additional servicing fee. It did not seem like he, or any of the other employees had any interest in helping me whatsoever. They just sat behind the desk talking amongst themselves l, putting forth no effort to help me while I tried to figure it all out by myself. I eventually just walked out without saying a word. I have been with Verizon for over 10 years, and have visited many locations in four different states to either pick up online orders, upgrade devices, discus billing issues, etc. Never once have I felt like the reps didn’t care about my issues or just straight up didn’t try to get the issue resolved. Stay away from these “authorized” retailers. They may look exactly like a Verizon retail store but they most certainly are not a full service Verizon store. Even the representative I was speaking to on the phone was dumbfounded at the situation and stated that he had never had issues like this when dealing with a retail store. The customer service agent over the phone made things right and made sure I was taken care of. But never again will I step foot inside this joke of a store and definitely will discourage others from stopping by.
