You'll pay for insurance and be sold other things while being told they can't fix your device unless you pay for other things that are somehow not covered by the insurance. They'll refuse to fix the device over little minor things that should be covered by the insurance. If I come in to fix one thing and another needs fixed and I've got insurance to cover it. Just fix it. Quit giving people the run around.
