Do not use this service. They cannot help you. You'll pay for insurance and be sold other things while being told they can't fix your device unless you pay for other things that are somehow not covered by the insurance. They'll refuse to fix the device over little minor things that should be covered by the insurance. If I come in to fix one thing and another needs fixed and I've got insurance to cover it. Just fix it. Quit giving people the run around.

I was sold on buying the one year plan when I told them my problem with my MacBook. I signed up for over $300. Then when I brought it in, the guy said he doesn't know much about Apple products. He then said he couldn't help me. I went home and googled it and came back in and said that what I was asking for was a do-able thing. They said no problem. I later picked it up and they had not fixed it and the problem wasn't solved at all.
Why did they even pretend like they were going to help with this and take over $300 from me?? Whatever. I plan to send it to a friend and they can fix it or trash it. $ out the window.
