I’ve never had a bad experience with her and today I took in what I thought was a knot that couldn’t be untangled. She handled it with grace and precision. If I ever moved I would drive across town just to do business with Nancy.

Less than 2 days later, both lines were shut off and we had been overcharged. The manager tried her best to help us, but she couldn't get Cricket to credit the charges back, so she paid out of her own pocket for the mistake of another employee that she didn't even know. She truly went above and beyond what was required of her to make things right, and that deserves recognition. Thanks Lauren.

- LWLee WalkerJul 2, 20161.0Excited to join the Cricket family. Unfortunately, the owner of this particular store has made up extra requirements that other retailers don't have. If you purchase a new phone here you'll be required to upgrade to the more expensive plan for a 90 day minimum and you'll automatically be charged for the "required" cricket protect insurance ($7 per month). Word to the wise, go to a different Cricket retailer in town and you wont end up getting ripped off.
