    I have PTSD from my former life so when I go into this best buy after work and I am dirty and disheveled the staff here following me or lurking as if I am going to steal something puts me on edge. I understand how the few stigmatize the many but for a kid half my age with none of my experience jumps to judgement because I am a hot mess is not right. Especially since I cant get out of the store without spending over $100.00. Do better best buy maybe don't have a 20 year old kid as the manager and remember the dirty cowboy with torn up cloths on makes the things that go into the airplanes you fly in. That is my rant.

    My wife bought me a remote start for Christmas. I was super excited. We got scheduled to have it installed and the night before we got a call that the installer was sick and we needed to reschedule. I was like ok it happens. We rescheduled for 2 weeks later which was the quickest we could get in and what do you know, 7:30pm the night before we get another call that the installer has become "ill". I am beyond frustrated and have since returned the remote start and am going elsewhere. If this is how they do business, no thanks.

    Helped me find a laptop to fit my needs and were friendly, answering any questions I had. And were patient with my decision making process. First time buying from BestBuy I think. Will do it again if the service and prices are consistent next time.
