- KEKip EtterJan 8, 20262.0I told the representative that I didn't want to start the process of switching phones because I didn't have time nor did I have all of my passwords ready for the switch. I also didn't have a case &/or screen protectors for my new phone. Well that didn't happen, almost 2 hours later I had to leave without the process being done but not before having to purchase a case from them when I already had a credit for a case from another vendor that I now have no use for. They didn't have the screen protectors so I'm forced to use my phone without all of the protective devices on it. I also got to pay a $50 restocking fee that I wasn't told about until after they started the phone switching process (that I didn't want to do at that time to begin with). The 2 representatives were pleasant & nice.
