- JKJamie KesterOct 18, 20251.0Without permission or letting me know they factory reset my phone to fix the charging port. Also shutting off the sim card. I had no service and could get into my phone.They didn't back anything up. They also wanted me to sign for it being fixed but never gave me a cord to make sure it worked. I spent my evening at AT&T while they fixed the geek squads mistakes.
