The associate wouldn't give me any info her account because he said she wasn't the acct holder and I asked him for the name of who was and he said he couldn't tell me. Well I told him it's either my husband or myself and he refused to tell us which one. Finally I told him I am Sandra and he said okay you are the account holder. Then he gave us a ridiculous high amount for the cheapest android they have and I called customer service and gave me a lower price. Overall just rude. Could have been misunderstanding whole time but he is not good at customer satisfaction nor people person to be working in customer service. Was in there for 5 minutes and it was nothing but a bad time. We walked out.
