  Staff is always so great to me. In the past I always did my business in McPherson but now I’m dating Robert so he suggested this location and it’s now my 2nd favorite location. Love my phone and service

  “Manager” in there was not willing to help at all. Told me just to call customer service even though he could’ve also done it. More worried about playing on his phone and listening to his AirPods then helping. When I told him I needed to speak to someone higher up he refused to give me any information. 10/10 do not recommend

  Please, go with any other phone carrier. After they basically robbed me, I talked to four customer service representatives in 1 hour not one spoke english, nothing was resolved. Verizon cares about money, not its customers, or they would have customer service Representatives that actually speak English
