  Store only has 3 people working there. Only 1 is competent. I had to go in a couple times that week, as they were unable to get a data transfer on my phone. One lady who helped me, who spent the whole time eating candy, didn’t do anything herself. She kept asking, who I assume is, the manager for help. She did not need help. Each time the manager said, “literally just be patient for it to load.” Yet the candy eater would only cancel the loading and restart. Useless. The other one who works there is a guy. On my final trip in he was COMPLETELY ASLEEP and WORKING ALONE. Why would they let such an incompetent man work alone? After I noticed he was asleep, I opened the door a second time to hope it would wake him up. It didn’t, so I stomped across the room. Still nothing. I then knocked on his desk. He said, “sorry man, you came in so quiet.” Yeah okay sleepy head. Next time stop ruining your work reputation. Absolutely embarrassing. Then after it all got finished, they tried to charge me an additional $200 fee for absolute no reason. I still have zero explanation as to why. Terrible establishment. They should rip down their store and make a Subway.

  It is a nice and clean store however it's the most unprofessional place that I've seen. The three that were working in there the day that we come in we're just loud and just very unprofessional about how they were talking between themselves very loudly. They were eating food and throwing food at one another. There was a woman that had come in while we were sitting there talking to one of the workers and she stood there for the longest time waiting while the other two couldn't be bothered to take care of her. I felt bad for her. Also the employee that took care of us made us very uncomfortable the way that she kept wanting us to leave the store while she ported over the information from our old phone. No way honey.

  Shandra did a great job both when I ordered the new phone (S25+) as well as setting it up (porting all of my contacts, pictures, etc. from my previous phone). I would recommend Russell Cellular in Paola!
