- TVTejas Vyas3 days ago1.0Worst service ever! I do not generally write review but due to what happened no choice. I went to the Verizon store today Jan 9th at 5 pm, store closing 6 pm. Customer rep said initially said I am available tomorrow after 1 pm. I said ok make an appointment. He asked are you a new customer; I said yes. He mentioned oh I can’t help because I don’t want to close the store down tomorrow as it will take a long time. I am like what!!! He said go to 135th and metcalf store. His attitude not friendly at all. I understand sometimes people under stress and overworked but then you should not work as a customer rep if you can’t handle. Why do they have a store open if they can’t help the customers???
