I’m writing this review because I still think about this incident years later. After taking a cat I found here and having him test positive for FIV, the vet can in to examine him. He had a broken arm, and the vet said he could feel the break and it would be best for the arm to be amputated because it hadn’t healed right. Obviously I was in distress, crying, and this vet told me to feel the break in the cats arm. I declined not once, but THREE times because I did not want to feel it. He then told me AGAIN that I should feel the arm. It was just weird, and still think about this. No compassion or empathy

Absolutely thankful to have had the most incredible vet assistant, Kelsie, to help take care of my sweet Harley girl. Only rating 3 stars because front desk receptionist seem completely incompetent while one of them, the brunette, gave attitude after I asked for my refund back in cash (which I paid with) since they charged me for the exam fee which was supposed to be free for first time patients. Brunette was extremely rude, unprofessional, and just overall has a very ugly energy she’s putting out. This is NOT someone you want to be the face of the veterinary office. Needs to be retrained on professionalism asap. Employees complaining about their system, even the manager saying “it’s stupid”. Your system is not my issue & that’s something that should be figured out on your own time. Advice next time- process the refund and figure out your system your own time instead of giving attitude to a customer who is owed a refund after being mistakenly charged. The blonde worker was polite even through her frustration of the system, which I greatly appreciate. Both need retrained on their system and how to process refunds correctly. What should have been a $10 charge was a $95 dollar charge. A huge mistake on their part. This is a veterinary hospital not simply just a clinic—more vigilance is EXPECTED. For customers: try and get your prescription sent to a Walgreens/CVS! They wanted to charge $106.58 at hospital for one medicine type. We paid $42.87 at CVS.
