  If you need a data transfer done, go somewhere else. A bunch of random programs still exist on my desktop, but none of the pictures or anything on my C drive are there. It's a good thing I did a backup on my own accord...

  Terrible service i paid them to put my ssd in they tried multiple ssd and still couldn’t get the ssd on the pc to work if you have a pc do not and I mean do not go to Best Buy for it

  Called and asked about them servicing my Surface Pro, told them the issue and they said they could take care of it. Made an appointment, went over 2 days later for my appt. There were 4 people in line. They called one name (not my time) they helped them, now 10 min past my time I asked the others what time there appt is, they said they were walk ins, the called the next person that did not have an appt when my name was to have been called. I went up and said I had an appointment, why was my name not called. So I said then it doesn’t make any difference if you have an appointment or not, you just call in order of checkin, she said basically. I asked to talk to manager. He said he would help me even though I was not next in line, I could not believe my ears. He listened to my issue and then said we are not authorized to work in Surface Pro because they are a sealed unit. I told him it would have been nice had the person I talked with on the phone and told me, because I gave them all the info. He looked at me and said what do you want me to do? I walked out.

  This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend who grew up in the area. Definitely a good recommendation. Food was great and staff was super friendly.
