Lies, says things will be delivered tomorrow and they are delivered 4 days later. Repeatedly. Thank God for Amazon.

Does anyone know how to call the store??? I can only call India… it’s a local number… but they transfer every call via an AI chat bot to person with no more awareness of the inventory of the store than me!!! I can search the same thing online as the person on the other side of the world… they have no idea what I’m even talking about!!! I want someone in the store who sticks the shelves to say “oh yeah, we got that” or not… the online reviews about the in store employees lead me to believe they must not be much help either… this is honestly a really untenable situation… I regret doing business with this company and will be sure to avoid it at all costs… if you don’t have someone in the store to answer the phone I do not want anything to do with your company… at this rate I might as well have not dealt with a brick and mortar store at all!!! You are not even a brick and mortar store as far as I am concerned… you are a logistical nexus like a post office that is fully automated, where your employees are expected to deny any form of meaningful service and are rather like warehouse worker loading trucks and stocking shelves while avoiding public interaction… unbelievable… I can’t call so I will go to a different vendor. And even if that other vendor is run by an Indian workforce out of some data center in Dubai… at least they won’t waste my time by pretending to have a phone number I can call for SERVICE… I won’t have to listen to someone who’s barely able to speak to English language stumble through a conversation and waste minutes of my life… I won’t have to wait on a phone with some stupid AI whose job is to direct me to someone in India who doesn’t know how to help me!!! They never know how to help!!! It’s not just Best Buy. This is a across the marketplace problem and Best Buy’s just the latest victim. Or atleast I finally came to Best Buy and discovered it has been taken over by bad faith actors who intend to reduce their relevancy in my life by ignoring my needs as a customer… I will look elsewhere next time

I haven’t been in a Best Buy in years. Needed an iPhone adapter so I ran in this one. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person I asked didn’t know where it was. Not a big deal. After a couple minutes I said “maybe someone else knows” mind you everyone standing around was within earshot, it wasn’t busy. Nobody offered. I had to ask another person. He said yeah it’s right over there and pointed. Called on his radio telling someone what I was looking for. Finally he explains the correct location, I walked over there alone to a wall of adapters and was just looking around. Another employee walks by, and just keeps walking. No eye contact, nothing. I only spent $10 but it was rude and I guess I was expected to just figure it out on my own. If I were making a large purchase, I would have just left.
