I just wanted to look at phone cases and decided to make my way over to the PC/gaming section of the store. On my way over I was approached by an AT&T rep with pressure sales tactics Please let people shop in the store without feeling like they need to avoid your employees. The two Best Buy associates that offered help (prior to the AT&T salesman) were friendly and nice! Offered help and let me continue shopping. However, I didn’t want to avoid anymore salespeople so I left without buying anything

Staffs on the floor were busy with customers so I went to front desk where had several staffs (at least 10) with just a few customers around but a lady told me they can’t help as they were busy.. after walking around aisles again, Ivan helped me with checking out what I needed within a couple of minutes I found him. Thanks!
