    I was in the store less than 5 minutes to get what I wanted. As soon as I walked into the store I saw an associate his name was Brandon. I showed him a screenshot of what I was looking for, the Blue Parrot M300-XT SE Bluetooth headset. He told me to wait right there while he looked at his computer for the location of this product. Less than 2 minutes later he walked back to meet me with the product in his hand and took me to the counter where I could also get the extended service warranty added to this product. Thanks to Brandon for his quick and outstanding service because I have many errands to do today so I appreciate him!

    Do not expect to get your items on time. Was supposed to have a package delivered next day. The day it was supposed to arrive it updated to 1-4 days...not what was agreed on...keep in mind the store I purchased it from is only 3 hours away from my house. Update: 3 days after the supposed delivery date, the package has not left the facility. Contacted customer support again and they were absolutely no help.

    Manager told me I had to buy the membership to get the price match because the product I was buying at the time was going to go on sale for a lot cheaper in the near future than it was listed for at the moment and it never went on sale and I purchased a membership I did not want.

    Terrible customer service. I was in the TV section. Walked around for 15 mins and no one bothered to help me. In fact two employees were in the area just chatting away having a conversation. And that wasn’t all. I was at the register discussing a TV with them and one of them was eating chips. Yes I suppose eating their lunch is a priority rather than being professional.
