  Went to have my Apple Watch battery replaced. They fail to tell you that they’re gonna send your watch off somewhere else to have battery replaced. When made the appointment through Apple for it to be done nothing was said about them not doing it in store. Drove about 60 miles out of my way to do this because they make it sound like they are doing it in the store. They need to be more up front on how they do business in their repair department.

  This store is a complete joke. I attempted to purchase a large item there and when I arrived after calling about this item I was told I could not purchase anything because the item was in there store room and there was a "toxic gas leak" and no body was allowed back there until the following day. Lucky for me the Walmart across the way had a similar item and my business went to them. A toxic gas leak? Weird and lame. Don't go here.

  I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Every single person in the electronic spec phone area at some point helped me. Purchasing a new phone and switching carriers was very stressful for me. Everyone helped me every step of the way. They were all friendly and professional and so patient! Being older and technology changes is intimidating but they were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

  While purchasing a laptop yesterday, I had such a kind, attentive associate helping me on purchase that is the 3 stars. After finding exactly what I wanted (for the same price as another PC but with more of what we need), I was having technical difficulties with my transaction. In the meantime, the older man in the Samsung shirt decides he's going to roast my kid for getting a new laptop. He mentioned SEVERAL times how spoiled my son must be. I laughed at first, because I was getting flagged for fraud and it was uncomfortable and taking me forever. A lady stood there for a few minutes waiting on him but he wasn't done joking about my spoiled kid. Once my transaction went through I left so fast as to not be rude to the man. I decided to sleep on it and I've waited 24 hrs. It wasn't funny or cute to hear a middle aged man poke fun at my family's expense. No sir, my son didn't graduate from college to receive this gift. But he is a survivor of some horrific life events and he has a supportive mother. He wears clothes that are thrifted and has to use a chopstick to operate his phone's powersm button. Samsung shirt guy made me uncomfortable and his interpersonal social skills need an overhaul. Thank you for your time if you read this far. PS your associate did ask me if would like a store card. That was once part of ny job too so I understand .. But I NEVER asked 2 more times after someone politely declines the first offer. Ridiculous behavior at your shop. This is why brick and mortar is dying

  Best buy products, but not the usual best buy customer service 😔...Nello needs a raise. Only associate other than the sweet door lady; to acknowledge me. Stood in one spot waiting for help for 20 mins until this one associate helped me...
