  I arrived having to use the restroom terribly. Begged the guy could I go really quick. Assuring him I would get a phone there. He turned me away store empty.

  As usual they will try to get one over on you. But the girl as very helpful and new what she was doing unlike other cricket stores I've visited.

  I purchased a phone then it was discovered I was going to loose all apps and data. The employee tried valiantly to no avail. Not her fault. But my experience wasn't a happy one.

  Cricket is much cheaper than a lot of the big vendors. Their service in office is outstanding. They always check my phone to make sure it's a top-notch service with no issues.
