- RCRosie CollinsApr 4, 20261.0I went to Geek Squad in manhattan December 2025 to replace my daughter's Nintendo switch controllers that weren't working. The clerk said although it says a different address they will be delivered to the address I provided. Months go by and I never received the controllers. I don't live in manhattan area so I called the store in hopes to try again. I was sent to a customer line and they said the package was sent out but don't have tracking information on it.... stay on the phone for over 30 mins only for them to say someone will call me back to help. That was over 2 weeks ago.
