They kept taking it back in and the customer service was good, but at the end of the day the computer no longer even boots up. I spoke with the Best Buy national call center and they refused to do anything aside from schedule another Geek Squad appointment.

The 3rd time I finally got a hold of someone and setup an appointment and they never showed. Luckily I didn't take off work. Don't buy from best buy or get geek squad.
