Called twice on scheduled day and was told it would be there between 7-7. Never arrived, a whole day wasted. You can get better delivery and service from Nebraska Furniture Mart 2 hours away.

Chat with support and they wouldn't send some one to pick it up or replace it so had to drive back another 40min to get a brand new one that was about $30 more in price. So I was out in gas money and lost money in the tv saved originally.

It didn’t ring up the sale price and they claimed someone mislabeled it and wouldn’t honor the price of the tag on the item. Manager was extremely rude and said there was nothing they could do for me with a snarky attitude
