  I’ve been here twice now, and both experiences were great! Today my husband and I traded in our Apple Watches for the series 11 watch, and Nicole (I think that was her name) was SO helpful and kind, and took the time to let me try on different bands to see what I liked best, despite it being SO busy! After we left, I quickly changed my mind and wanted a different style watch band, so I went back inside and someone else helped me, and he was super kind and patient too!

  Have to give a shoutout to Jordan and the greeter. Came in the day before Christmas Eve so of course it was packed, was also in a hurry and was doing last minute shopping. Greeter approached and got me help immediately as I walked in. Jordan was very kind, respectful, and gave me all the information I needed about getting a new phone even though I sounded kind of impatient cause I needed hurry home. He did great in the short amount of time that I had even though I couldn’t get the phone cause I wasn’t an authorized user, but will definitely be looking for him in the future when I come back.

  First and foremost, they had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The first woman we talked to already had a rude attitude, and was speaking to us in a degrading tone and refused to listen to what we were saying. She constantly interrupted us, and then refused to explain why the headphones were not repaired. This was already a stark contrast to the first time we came to send in the headphones for repair. The man who helped us was patient and understanding, and got us in and out very quickly. This lady was his direct foil, and I can only hope she does not treat all people like this. Then, the manager, likewise was very rude and dismissive. Already came ready to argue. He was dismissive of our questions, and refused to explain why what we were told previously changed. We then asked if we could show him the email we received , and he replied with “I don’t care.” Me and my family have always shopped at Apple; we go there for computers, phones, AirPods, Apple Watches and more!! Now, we have fully been turned off from returning. This was a disappointing experience.

  Poor customer service, stayed for over 6+ hours, the agent kept leaving and not helping and we were kept waiting after purchasing 1500 worth of products!

  Erin on the business sales side was so incredibly helpful today over the phone. Absolutely top-notch professionalism. Thank you so much for your help today. This Apple store provides the best customer service. Thanks folks.
