  The sales person was very overstimulating & stressful. He kept trying to get my husband & I into a new phone even though the store didn’t have the color we wanted in stock. He said we “had” to choose a different color. Was super bewildered when we said or we can wait till you get it in stock! I was trying to have a personal discussion with my husband about the possibility of adding on a watch and the sales associate wouldn’t leave us alone while we had a private conversation. He was misleading and didn’t even tell us the cosmic orange iPhone 17 wasn’t in stock until he wasted our time just to try and make a sell in the color we didn’t want.

  Customer service was super friendly and knowledgeable! I did notice on my receipt that the store up-charged the phone I bought from the 799 online to 829 at the store (they didn't have the prices posted anywhere that I saw before I bought it). That said, I got a nice apple bag and a fun buying experience that I wouldn't have if I'd gotten online.

  I went to the Leawood Apple store yesterday Feeling frustrated and stressed. I was greeted at the door by an associate that quickly assessed my needs and directed me to the i pad area. Je T’aime came over and reviewed my needs with a smile and confidence that he could help me. Je t’aime was courteous, kind and professional. I felt immediate relief and I could feel my stress dissipate. Thank You Je t’aime, we did feel the love! You gave us a five star experience!!
