Best Buy's Geek Squad hooked me up with a powered USB hub that plugs into a wall socket. Now my older 2012 iMac can access 3.0 devices, such as my new Samsung SSD external hard-drive.
- DBDheni BSep 7, 20161.0Bad customer service. I don't know know if these guys missed thr training day on how to treat a customer, becayse they sure ass hell lack in that department. All I wanted to know is what time my apoinment was. The man I was speaking with didn't want to give me that information, because he kept telling me the system was down and checking my appointment was going to take a while. Nevertheless, after I told him that was the main reason I was calling and that I'll wait. He proceeded to tell me that my name was not in the system. Ten minutes into into the conversation I mentioned that I needed something with my car fixed light bulb finally went off in this guys head that he was checking my name in the wrong system. After I asked him if I could move my time he preceded to give me a list of reasons as to why tHat wasn't possible. Overall, roadblock of stupid excuses in a ten minute time frame. Cancelled my appointment. Will never be back there.
