This is the only place we take out pups. The staff is absolutely the best. They care about your fur babies just as much as you do. Cannot recommend these great people enough.

We had to leave a vet we all just loved because they were so far away and moved to VCA Welborn here in KCK because they are a mile away. Really happy - have seen all the Vets there and love them all. They remember our dogs, give them great care, are really good about making sure we understand everything and understand any options. Super pleased with the care our puppies get!!

I took my dog Mia in for a probable urinary track infection. They got me in the same day and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful!

I've been taking my male cat here for about 3 years I've had no problems. I got a new cat took her in for a wellness check and to make sure the cat was okay I told the vet my concerns I've only had the cat for less than a week I let the vet know that she was found on the streets and was having ear problems she gives me flea and tick medicine and says this will take care of mites. I mentioned to her that when I first brought my male cat in a different vet gave me ear drops for ear mites and it cleared up. Fast forward this vet said the medicine they give you for flee and ticks she said that will work for mites and it will clear it up. I did question her about that but again things change all the time so I thought they created a new medicine. My new cat got her shots, flea and tick medicine and other medicine the vet said I needed. I paid the $400.00. Took my cat home and 7 days later I'm back at the vet because my poor little cat is crying because her ears are infected. The same vet checks her ears and says she has an infection! My question is why didn't she tell me that when I brought her in the first time. So when she says your cat got a ear infection my husband questioned her and she got a little rude with him. All he wanted to know is why she didn't catch it the first time. Again fast forward this vet gave us her diagnosis again trying to tell us our cat needs all this medicine that really was not needed. After talking to my relative veterinarian in another state she said that medicine was not needed. Anyway this time they charged me $280.00 so within 7 days I spent almost $700.00 dollars. Why was I charged for the second visit when it should have been caught the first time. Now she wants me to come back in 2 weeks then to come back in a month for the second part of the shot that supposably she needs. I'm really disappointed with this vet. I refuse to be taking advantage of.. THE OFFICE VISIT ALONE WAS $87.00! I truly love my animals and will find another place to take my babies Watch out for this veterinarian I felt like she only cared about how much money she could get from me and didn't care about my cats!
