Talked to customer service number for over 20 minutes just to realize they couldn't activate it remotely either. I have paid upgrade fee and activation fee...still no phone. I am a customer of well over 10 years. Told me that I couldn't even buy a phone in-store. Basically said that my money was no good there. They told me my account was froze and I'd have to call back customer service to figure that part...Four lines on this account, may not see another red cent out of me.
