  Service rep at store couldn't figure out how to reset/fix my father's phone. We went to a different location across the river in KS. They were able to partially fix it. We ended up fixing it ourselves.

  Generally un helpful at this location. I’ll never go here again to waste my time. Had to goto Truman rd to get help.
