  It is not a surprise, they have a whole 1 star rating on Trust pilot out of 5. With such awful customer service... I am a military member and they cheated us. They sold me a sim card promising military discounts and great coverage on base. Coverage is very bad and eventually no discount... Customer service is awful. When I send request, they usually contact me back in the middle of the night, 2 am when everyone is sleeping. Than I see the message that "we are closing this chat, because you didn't respond" [2 am]. During the day, there is no sense to talk to digital assistant who just keeps repeating the same message.

  STAY AWAY! I am still dealing with what this sales staff did to my mother back in October. They are definitely targeting older women. She left there with an extra phone line and TV subscriptions that we had to fight to cancel. Because they blatantly lied to her face saying it was free. Luckily my mom checks her bills and on top of things. They also attempted to trade in my phone instead of my mom’s so both our phones were on the trade in and now months later I still can’t trade my phone in to upgrade. Just multiple ways to steal our money.

  I just want to write a good review for the employee Bryan Johnson. He was trying very hard to help us with a problem another employee (manager) caused. He was very sympathetic to our issue and did everything in his power to help. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion for what he has to deal with at this store aka the manager. He also deserves a raise because he genuinely cares about the customers unlike the manager Leilani. Leilani was extremely rude to myself and my mother for an issue she caused. She avoided the problem and continued to walk away and help other customers stating that she couldn’t help us and wouldn’t help us. The proper measures have been taken to make sure the store has a great manager and not a rude one. Hopefully the right thing is done and Bryan is made a manager considering he actually cares about his customers.

  My son wanted to start his own cell phone plan and was on the receiving end of what I believe was predatory sales tactics. Ended up with multiple lines pressured into internet equipment and plans he didn't need. This would have been bad but what was worse was 6 months ago my wife was pressured in the same way but walked away before she signed anything. This kind of sales treatment is what give all stores a bad name.
