He was very sympathetic to our issue and did everything in his power to help. Definitely deserves a raise or promotion for what he has to deal with at this store aka the manager. He also deserves a raise because he genuinely cares about the customers unlike the manager Leilani. Leilani was extremely rude to myself and my mother for an issue she caused. She avoided the problem and continued to walk away and help other customers stating that she couldn’t help us and wouldn’t help us. The proper measures have been taken to make sure the store has a great manager and not a rude one. Hopefully the right thing is done and Bryan is made a manager considering he actually cares about his customers.

Ended up with multiple lines pressured into internet equipment and plans he didn't need. This would have been bad but what was worse was 6 months ago my wife was pressured in the same way but walked away before she signed anything. This kind of sales treatment is what give all stores a bad name.

Bryan and Leilani went above and beyond to help us!!! We will never go to another location again!! They are the definition of top notch customer service and compassion!!
