  The phone service is fine and the one I've used the most, but God forbid you have to get a new phone or get another line. You think you'll be spending what it says the phone is going to be plus some tax, but plan on paying double for that and then some. There might not be any hidden fees in the bill but there is when buying the phone. Went into store and got my mom put on my plan with a new phone number and the phone was supposed to be $10. Then we got her a case. Can you guess how much it cost me to get her that $10 phone and then add her to my plan? You'd think maybe $30-40 because we picked up a case right? Wrong! I was charged $112 and some change. I got charged multiple over priced fees on top of them charging me a full months service for her phone that comes around again in a week. So I had to pay for a full months service and then get charged for another month a week later. So went in and got a $10 phone and was charged 10x what the phone costs and then had to pay for a month of service just to be charged for another month a week later. Was also planning on upgrading my phone as well, but changed my mind once I saw the bill for her phone.
