    For how much money you give this business, they REALLY do not value the customer's time. I upgraded my phone with Amber, as soon as I paid, she 'left for lunch' and told me i'd be ready to leave in 5 minutes. She left me stranded with my new phone for over an hour. The transfer wouldn't start and the other employees would not help me...not even make eye contact with me while I waited alone at a table. Once the transfer started much later, they told me I could turn in my phone next week and 'it would only take a minute'. I showed up and had to wait 25 minutes to turn in the deactivated phone. It seems to me, once you give them your money and you sign on the dotted line, this team no longer cares about the customer service experience. Disappointed

    EDIT: WENT BACK IN AND TALKED TO THE STORE MANAGER CHANCE TODAY 1/5/26. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND GOT THINGS FIXED UP. THERE ABOUT AN HOUR AND LEFT FEELING SO MUCH BETTER AND REALLY APPRECIATED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HE DID AND MAKING SURE I FELT BETTER ABOUT WHERE WE WERE AT. CHANGING MY REVIEW FROM 1STAR TO 5STAR JUST ON THE INTERACTION WITH THE CHANCE AND THE HELP HE GAVE =) We just joined on 12/22 from AT&T and we should have stayed with them. We were in there for 3 hours and what we were quoted and our actual bill are two completely different things. Support is no help and we had to fight for the credit of the activation fees (which the rep promised!!!) with the support people who then offered us half of the activation fees waived and when I pushed back they eventually gave the full $160. We are going back into the store to go over charges because now we have a third number on there (including a data plan) that is attached to no phone as the only phones on there are mine and my husbands! STAY AWAY!!!

    The wait time is RIDICULOUS. OVER AN HOUR EVERY TIME. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. NOT RECOMMENDED

    I’m not satisfied with this store I pay my bill in cash. Never had any problems til payment of this month. Never received receipts and my payment was always posted til 11/15/2025. I paid in cash as usual and got change back however come to find out they never posted the amount I paid of 208.22.I called customer service they said they would help, they told me to go back to the store. They said they had no record of me coming in, called back customer service and support said they would check into and to wait 3 days. There was no resolution when I checked back 11/19/2025. In fact now they want me to pay what I already paid in cash plus more late fees on top. I don’t trust Verizon after all this let alone this store. What gripes me the worst is I signed in digitally to that store and I know they have cameras. I am very disappointed over all these years I have been with Verizon.

    Fri: Phone stopped working. Went to store. Paid extra for warranty because rep said it would arrive Sat. Sat: Tracking showed Mon. Went in with son to upgrade his phone and add a line so I could get a “free” phone. Son paid about 50. I paid about 200 tax. Sat: Their inventory was wrong and my phone showed as ship to store. We sat there roughly 6 hours. At the end, they said come back Sun. Sun: Came back. Still not resolved. Left, came back. Manager still told us to wait. When I asked to cancel and refund, manager refused to call customer service for the store and made a sarcastic comment about grabbing the refund out of thin air. Another rep called customer service and actually got the refund started. Net result: Over 8 hours in-store. Two days burned. Still no working phone until the warranty device arrives. I have already contacted Verizon support once.
