  FRAUDULENT BILLING if you cant tell by the 3.9 stars they have, they will not help you they will make you wait hours for said nonbhelo and they will cheat you out of your money, verizon stores are a joke. i closed my account and was locked out of my online account that moment but i was still being billed for what i assumed was for my watch i was locked out of being able to payoff. when I finally made it in to ask why they where still billing me i learned they had kept service on my watch even tho they had canceled my phone service and had locked me out of all my accounts so devices and services couldn't be canceled, paid or viewed and continued to bill me. When brought this up and asked for a refund of the service i had cancled months ago they said in store that they weren't able, I would need to call customer service.... what is the store even for if not for customer service. Very glad to not be a customer of there's anymore i will warn everyone I know to stay away from verizon there are many better options that won't commit fraud on there customers. FYI tmobile is down the street and significantly better customer service and buisness ethics.

  So DISAPPOINTED!! We have been LOYAL, LOCAL customers for years!! After 3 long stressful weeks, our account upgrade charges are still not correct!! Our online account still does not match what we were told by several different employees. And the "3 to 5 business days" answer has long expired!! Tomorrow will be our 4th appointment!! What started as a simple phone upgrade, has turned into a NIGHTMARE!! Praying for a quick, honest solution.

  For how much money you give this business, they REALLY do not value the customer's time. I upgraded my phone with Amber, as soon as I paid, she 'left for lunch' and told me i'd be ready to leave in 5 minutes. She left me stranded with my new phone for over an hour. The transfer wouldn't start and the other employees would not help me...not even make eye contact with me while I waited alone at a table. Once the transfer started much later, they told me I could turn in my phone next week and 'it would only take a minute'. I showed up and had to wait 25 minutes to turn in the deactivated phone. It seems to me, once you give them your money and you sign on the dotted line, this team no longer cares about the customer service experience. Disappointed

  EDIT: WENT BACK IN AND TALKED TO THE STORE MANAGER CHANCE TODAY 1/5/26. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND GOT THINGS FIXED UP. THERE ABOUT AN HOUR AND LEFT FEELING SO MUCH BETTER AND REALLY APPRECIATED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HE DID AND MAKING SURE I FELT BETTER ABOUT WHERE WE WERE AT. CHANGING MY REVIEW FROM 1STAR TO 5STAR JUST ON THE INTERACTION WITH THE CHANCE AND THE HELP HE GAVE =) We just joined on 12/22 from AT&T and we should have stayed with them. We were in there for 3 hours and what we were quoted and our actual bill are two completely different things. Support is no help and we had to fight for the credit of the activation fees (which the rep promised!!!) with the support people who then offered us half of the activation fees waived and when I pushed back they eventually gave the full $160. We are going back into the store to go over charges because now we have a third number on there (including a data plan) that is attached to no phone as the only phones on there are mine and my husbands! STAY AWAY!!!
