- JGJesus GilSep 12, 20251.0Bought a phone outright there and went to return a week later( verizon policy states I can return within 30 days and get full refund), I tried to return and was giving run around... They are worried about their commission on the sale of phone that they did not care to return... Next time I will buy an unlocked phone from walmart and activate through Verizon, very rude and very dishonest.. I am stuck with this phone now that they refuse to return because it will dock their commission.. Better service though customer care.... Never again buy another phone there, verizon customer service is alot better and dont give you the run around... This store only cares about making its commission....
