Management doesn’t seem to very knowledgeable at all about their products and services and they literally never answer the phone at that store. Like EVER! So yeah, crickets good but the Great Bend location is very poorly ran.

Man, Leslie (totally hope I spelled that right) turned that around in a quick minute. Her personality, smile, and help brightened up my day so incredibly much. She sold me a phone, she brightened spirits, we had some laughs, and sold me an awesome case to boot -- like a one-stop-and-shop. :-) Whoever hired her made a great choice, and this chica deserves some applause and a raise. Thank you so much for the help, girl, and thanks for what you bring to the people around you! You're awesome.
