First I can do it if I know pin and phone number, then after going to store find out that her phone needs to be there not what I was told on phone call before I went, then I'm told with the right pin and her phone she will be able to take care of it! So when she goes to take care of it they tell her that I need to be there even though she has the PIN and has had that number for 10 years..! These people do not have a dam clue what they are doing unfortunately.... This is cricket on Central I've never had this problem with the one on Wyatt earp in years of being to that store.
