I brought my mom in to upgrade from an iPhone 8 to a modern phone, and he was absolutely incredible. He was personable, funny, patient, and made her feel completely at ease. He asked thoughtful questions, never rushed her, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure she felt confident and supported, not just about making a sale. It was such a relief to work with someone who was both knowledgeable and human. If you’re helping a parent, grandparent, or anyone who feels intimidated by tech, Harrison is the person you want. Truly outstanding service
