- BUBrian UllmannNov 22, 20255.0We have used VCA Andover for both the vet and boarding of our dog, Calvin, for a number of years, before working with them through an illness that ultimately claimed Cal's life this fall. Throughout the entire time working with them, they were responsive, caring, and took Cal's best interests to heart while also working to be financially responsible with his care options. As we ultimately lost Cal to his illness, their entire staff was extremely kind and caring. As we said goodbye, the staff from the pet resort visited him and all told him how good a dog he was. It was incredibly touching to see how much he had become a part of the entire team's family. A true testament to how a business should be run.

My son had the dog scheduled for a tooth problem and the vet recommended that he have the paw growth removed at the time of the tooth removal with the other Veterinarian and said that the other vet could do it more economically. He would be my first pick for my personal surgeon if he were to go into Human practice. I would give him a 10 if it were an option. This first visit was a free visit.

He's so sweet and gentle and explains everything so well and detailed. Anytime my dog has ever needed to come in and be seen they get her in very quickly. Everyone that works there are so welcoming and always have such good vibes. They also have insurance for your pups which is very very affordable. I recommend seeing Dr. Jon and his vet family. They are the best!
