Check an itemized bill before you pay! $60 per phone in charges that were not disclosed to us when upgrading, including for some redux water nonsense we definitely would have declined. Was told the only way to get these fradulent charges removed was to return the phones entirely and wait for them to ship replacements to us. Absurd. Order online direct and spare yourself this BS.
