Our old phones were paid for and he promised oh yes oh yes the new ones under this plan will be paid for. GUESS WHAT, LIES LIES LIES!!!! We got our first bill and it was no where near what they said!!!! My wife went in and talked to them and the guy lied right to her face and insisted that it was our fault!!! I would not recommend this store at all!!! We will alive switching Verizon stores!!!
