I spent literal HOURS speaking with support via phone and chat over the course of about a week and a half and not one of the people I spoke with was able to help me with my issue or had a suggestion on how to fix it. I even went to a different store and the person there was unable to help me as well. Decided to try one last time and went into the Valpo store and Cameron seriously had everything straightened out for me in literally FIVE MINUTES. I could've cried tears of joy. That man needs a raise because I seriously was at my wits end and had talked to at least ten different support agents and then Cameron just fixes all my problems like it was nothing. So thankful for him! Seriously took a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you so much!

Fine. They put me BACK on the waiting list. Which proceeds to be hours. The manager has a new phone that I can buy, fine. Then the last that was helping me said she couldn't sell me the one. THEN find out their whole system went down. Wasted hours of my life and piss poor customer service. Micjogan city and the online help is just as bad. The verizon people told me I could go to best buy and get one. Nothing about verizon has improved over the years
