    Don't waste your time getting your car starter there. I got one had an appointment scheduled with Ross. He called me day before appointment. Just let me know. I need to order another wire and harness which on their website didn't require .I order parts $l07 that pushed me back two weeks day of the appointment left work early. Drop the car off to them with the parts had my wife drove 60 miles with the two-year-old kid in 15° weather to pick me up 20 minutes into it. They called and told me they can't hook it up manager of the store name, dom and Russ when I spoke to both of them. They were acting like clowns and laughing to my face about it. Never do business at that store again.

    It's a White Castle, bro. They can be rude, but I think they are short staffed, so who knows.

    Spent $80 at Best Buy for a data transfer. Told them I want my new computer to look & behave just like my old one (same brand). They moved my documents & pictures over. That's it. I installed office, googled how to move my chrome bookmarks over (even though geek squad said I would have to manually recreate the list - uh WRONG), re-downloaded my printer driver & programs that didn't transfer including Adobe. PDFs are commonplace now. Come on. Excel files were gone except what was on desktop. Even the time zone was wrong. Really? Next time I know to do it myself. Would have taken me 5 min to do what they did, & they had it for 48 hours. Then they wanted me to call for an appointment to pick it up. Each time I called, I was placed on hold & the chat feature emailed to me kept crashing. U can do better. #ripped off #imabettergeekthanyou
